A post to say thank you to everyone who has made the last few days so special to me. I honestly wanted to spend my 21st having a quiet evening at home...but to everyone who arranged dinners and meals for me...thank you so much. It has truly been one of the most memorable birthdays I've ever had. Thank you all. I haven't gotten all the photos yet..but I'll put a few up and post the rest when I get them all. =o) Enjoy.  My girls (Shan, Lid, Lib), My guys (Derek, Eeps, Jason, Fongy, Vishal), My brother Ivan and Ria his gf...Thank you so much for the great dinner at Old Kingdom. We overdosed on Peking Duck...but it was all good. I had a great time. The uncle was funny as hell. But to all of you..thank you so much for that night and to Shan for dragging me off my ass to go out. I was so glad to be around the people I loved. To Manli and Jess who I wish were there to share the food (*grin*)...thank you for the messages. Lots of love to both of you....Hugz.   This was us after dinner. We came home to drink. Now THAT was immensely funny. The horrendous things that happened that night and the hilarious fact that most of the others were drunk as hell EXCEPT me. Thank to Lid, Lib and Eeps for helping me out with the ones who were passing out all over the house. haha...all in good fun guys. I had a fantastic time.  The present from Ivan, Ria and my dad. It was so sweet...thank you so much.  To Nish, Prash, Kris & Emil who took me out to Lentils for lunch. THANK YOU SO MUCH. It was a great meal and wonderful company. Thanks for the thought. I really had a great time. Good recommendation Nish... To Nick...thanks for coffee. It was really good catching up and as much as it is..I would have rathered you got me 'Before Sunset'...hehe. I'm kidding. Thank you for the very apt present and the card. =o) We shall go out soon.  To Li Jun, Gail, Nicole, Tabby, Danny & Shir Lee...thank you so much for making Monday night soooo wonderful. The Greek Food...the surprise cake you baked..the surprise present...the drinks after. It really was a great way to end the day. Thank you soo much. I don't know if it's enough..but i'm so appreciative of what you guys did. Thanks again.  To my dumplings....who have called...messaged...bought me cake..bought me flowers....thank you so much. This last few weeks spending all those times practicing with you all...eating...talking...laughing...it really has been so eventful. The time has been so short but I've grown so close to all of you....it really has meant a lot to me. Thanks so much for making this day really special. And I really can't forget. To all my friends...who have emailed me...mailed me cards....messaged...Msned me....called. I love you all. Thank you for remembering and making yesterday so so special. This has truly been the greatest birthday I've ever had. To know I've got so many people who care around me...I really don't think 'thank you' is enough....cause words can't express how much I appreciate having you all here. I truly apologize to everyone for the lack of anything here. I've been pretty busy. Lots of dancing and performing and practices. But it was fun?!? 7 girls..all cozy at Libby's place...just talking...eating...watching movies..comparing (*grin*)...among many other things. Haha...it was a hell of a lot of fun. Nearly got Jess and Lib in trouble with all the noise we were making. Night Market Performance Ok...update. To those who don't know yet...I've joined FLARE. It's a dance ensemble at Melb Uni..and since then..my life has been a rollercoaster of practices and performances. You can imagine how pooped I am. It's been practices every other day (if not every day). In real need of settling down and doing some work. Been having too much fun. I'm sure the others agree with me. But here are the photos of the performance we did for the Melbourne University Night Market. It was like a very expensive Pasar Malam..but heck..it was fun anyway. Haven't gotten photos yet but I will soon. This happened 2 nights ago. And yes..we came up with a whole new routine ONE WEEK before we went on. Man..talk about stress and a hell of a number of hours practicing. But it was hell worth it. The cheers and screams we got. It was held at Castle...a club on lonsdale and kings street. There was a Miss University Pageant being held there that night. We got good reviews from the performance. Came back at about 7am after dancing and going for supper. And I'm still in dire need of sleep....*groan*  All hail the Dancing Dumplings. =o) [Kel, Linda, Christina, Vanessa, Me, Mandi, Derrick, Sharlene] In any case. Just that I lost my camera cover and I'm apprehensive about bringing it out when it has no...'protection'. Plus...I'm performing next week for night market. And a club the week after.
